Aston Villa eye Celtic defender Cameron Carter-Vickers

Aston Villa are interested in g Cameron Carter-Vickers from Celtic in the summer transfer window, according to TBR. The report has claimed that Everton, Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace have also been enarmoured by the former Tottenham Hotspur central defender.

Carter-Vickers came through the youth system at Tottenham, but the 27-year-old failed to establish himself in the first team at the North London club. The 27-year-old has been superb for Celtlc over the years and has become one of the best and most important players in the team.

Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 75 points from 29 matches. Carter-Vickers has scored one goal in 34 matches in all competitions for the Hoops so far this season. The defender scored one goal and provided one assist in 31 appearances for Celtic in the 2023-24 campaign.
